Sherry Sydney was commissioned to develop the name, visual identity and environment for a new South American themed restaurant in the very competitive Surry Hills district of the city.
With too many ‘authentic’ South American eateries in Sydney, we created Jimmy Blanco – owner, ex-sports star, loose cannon, culinary genius. He mixes fine Australian produce with ingenious latin flavours. A long way from authentic – this is much more interesting!
