Taking the road less travelled

Background

Boulevard is a shareholder management platform helping companies and investors better manage their cap tables, valuations, investments and equity plans. Originally called MyShare, the business changed names to Boulevard at the end of 2020 without too much thought for consequences. Six months later, we were brought in to make sense of it all.

Strategy

Through our interviews with clients, we uncovered that Boulevard is much more than just a shareholder management platform. It is a mechanism that helps trusted agents look after their investors, a vehicle for communication to keep investors informed, and so ultimately a road to drive new ideas for better investments. From this our brand concept and tagline emerged – investing is a journey, travel well.
